    I would give zero stars the people are rude and if u have to bond somebody expect 8 hrs just for them to get booked and then wait another 12 hrs for them to realease ur loved one after u paid the bond ridiculous the people there dont do there jobs

    I was wrongfully arrested recently. The officer told me I was going to be arrested for driving with my license suspended, I advised him I paid all my tickets the week prior, he told me it didn't matter because I am still driving without a license on me. Told me not to worry, that I'd bond out right away. I was detained over 12 hours. I had family ready to bond me out an hour after being arrested, but I wasn't even booked until 5 hours later. I have no prior record, don't do drugs or steal, I'm very respectful, I'm no criminal. Yet a woman came in about 4 hours after me, spoke about her record and what she was arrested for, which clearly wasn't a first timer as i was, told the correction officer, just as I did, that she had someone waiting to put bond, and she was booked within 20 minutes, and bonded out about 20 minutes after that. How is it that people with records get treated better and processed faster then a law abiding citizen!?

    This is my experience at Bartow Florida : My son was arrested for a cancelled Drivers License at Polk County. So I went to bail him out at the bookings office (jail information ) office at Bartow Fl. Well inhumane to say the least. Why do they have to mistreat the family. Once I got there I found there were three other families waiting for there love ones. Just to take the info you have to wait for about 2 to three hours , and then you have to wait another hour or to to pay the bond. After that about three to five more hours to see them release. All this you have to suffer in a place that reeks with no air-conditioning on a 90 degrees day. This is my experience of Bartow people.
