  We had the best experience EVER using Homes Solution Lenders! No gimmicks No Hassles No Back and Forth we need this and that. They were very on top of their game when it came to the entire process of our home buying experience. If or when we buy a home it will not be with anyone other than Home Solution Lenders. No Bank nor any other lender can compare to the service nor the rates that we were given let alone the individualized customer experience and the fact we closed 20 DAYS EARLY!!!!!!!They really stick to their motto, Your Loan is our only loan. We are truly grateful for everyone at Home Solution Lenders for helping making our crazy thought of owning a home a reality and extremely feasible with the amazing rates and excellent customer service. We cannot thank you enough.

  Tried to contact them several times in a two week's span even emailed the owner. No return call or was I even able to set up a simple appointment with them. I was told someone would contact me they never did and it's now, as Iam writing this been about four weeks. HSL may have good customer service if you can get in contact with them but first impressions are everything and it scared me away. I've since contacted another company and received a pre approval letter to house hunt.

  STEER FAR AND WIDE FROM THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY! Do not believe one positive thing that has been written or will ever been written about this company while under the management of Ricky Peacock. Any positive must have been written by friends or real estate agents that did not have to deal with hell and lies this company puts people through. Ricky Peacock is nothing but an incompetent jerk on a power trip. The only thing he can "manage" to do right on a daily basis is pee people off. The office seems to be either on a continual lunch break or perpetual meeting that never ends. It takes sometimes over a week to get a phone call or email back from just about everyone we dealt with. They even have the phone receptionist lie for them. Instead of taking the 101 ways to lie to your customer because they just don't want to deal with anything they should actually practice what they preach on their call holding mantra. We found out at the very end of the loan after working with these people for months, directly from the lender (they are just middlemen getting a cut of the action), that the proper paperwork was not even given to the lender. After MONTHS! They had the audacity to blame the actual lender for all the "hold-ups" but really it just them. They had to pay us in the end because they screwed up so bad. We found a reputable mortgage company and it has been smooth sailing since. Please do yourself a favor and use somebody else.
